          "Loadready" status is re-confirmed with the terminal, as yard
          congestion is currently elevated.</p>

            data-index-in-node="0">Pasajes (Spain):</b> This is a
          specialized port for steel and automotive products. February
          in the Basque region typically sees frequent rainfall
          (averaging 13-16 days). Given the <b
            data-path-to-node="8,1,0" data-index-in-node="176">rain-sensitive</b>
          nature of the 35 mt coils, loading and discharge operations
          will likely be intermittent. Ensure the vessel's hatches are
          in top condition for rapid closure.</p>

          Rolled Coil (HRC) prices have rebounded at the start of 2026,

            data-index-in-node="180">€640–€670/t</b>. Supply is reported
          as "tight" for February/March deliveries, making this 5,000 mt
          shipment high-priority for the receiver.</p>

          EU ports (Bremen to Pasajes) are now subject to 100% emissions
          coverage, which may influence bunker adjustment factors or
          surcharges for this voyage.</p>
