    are facing operational strain due to recent severe winter weather.
    Snow and ice have disrupted rail and inland transport connections to
    Bremen and Bremerhaven, leading to extended dwell times. Ensure that
    the "Loadready" status is re-confirmed with the terminal, as yard
    congestion is currently elevated.

    *Pasajes (Spain):* This is a specialized port for steel and
    automotive products. February in the Basque region typically sees
    frequent rainfall (averaging 13-16 days). Given the *rain-sensitive*
    nature of the 35 mt coils, loading and discharge operations will
    likely be intermittent. Ensure the vessel's hatches are in top
    condition for rapid closure.

    *Steel Market 2026:* European Hot Rolled Coil (HRC) prices have
    rebounded at the start of 2026, with ArcelorMittal and other major
    mills pushing for price increases to approximately *€640–€670/t*.
    Supply is reported as "tight" for February/March deliveries, making
    this 5,000 mt shipment high-priority for the receiver.
